Dickhead Cop

So here is a video of some asshole cop, who was driving 94mph and was not on an emergency call..he ended up killing two teenagers in the car that he hit..he was charged with two counts of second degree manslaughter and one count of reckless driving..this is some bullshit if you ask me.
